    Agilence is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our outbound lead generation program. We are looking for a strong sales talent to help grow our Inside Sales Department, achieve goals, and drive sales. You’ll be surrounded and supported by passionate and dedicated people, have a unique opportunity to build dominance in a large market and be a part of a talented team as we drive toward becoming a global brand in the big data economy. This role is based in Mount Laurel, NJ.


    • Generate new business opportunities (booking meetings and demos for the sales team)
    • Manage the lead process, including accurately entering, updating, and maintaining daily activity and prospect information into and other marketing tools.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
    • Working collaboratively with Account Executives to identify new target accounts
    • Drive Tradeshow attendance and provide follow-up. At times attend the events
    • Extensive research on prospects/contacts
    • Cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to multiple verticals
    • Understand Agilence’s offerings and effectively communicate and apply them to each prospect’s needs
    • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team members to achieve organizational goals
    • Provide accurate forecasts and feedback on prospects


    • 3+ yrs of proven sales success
    • Experience in Technology and SaaS, strongly preferred.
    • Start-up experience, a plus.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong hunter mentality
    • Demonstrated self-starter
    • Exhibits qualities of cooperation, adaptability and flexibility as changes occur in the department and maintains a positive attitude
    • An innate hunger for personal and company success combined with a great personality
