The role of the Customer Success Associate is vital for seamless company operation with its flagship product, 20/20. The Customer Success Team has intimate knowledge of the software capabilities and uses this to assist others in the company as well as clients. As Agilence is a small company, the role of Customer Success Associate tends to be quite diverse. This allows for experience in multiple aspects of the business resulting in accelerated professional growth.
The ideal candidate would be quick learning, technologically adept, analytically minded, engaging, and comfortable speaking in front of people. Better still if you have retail/grocery/restaurant experience, Salesforce experience, or SQL knowledge.
