About the Position
You will be a member of the Data Integrations Sprint Team* and working side-by-side in a collaborative environment to take us to the future. We are working with cutting edge tools and technologies to reach our goal of an autonomous predictive solution that doesn’t require human interaction to identify issues. Have you seen Minority Report? Well, that’s where we are headed at Agilence. And with Agilence, you’ll get the opportunity to participate and work with advanced data analytics.
The future is all about big data and how to make sense of it all. Data scientists are at the cutting edge of these new technologies, using advanced algorithms and machine learning to make better sense of all of this data. Agilence has embarked on a path to lead the data science initiative and you can be on that cutting edge too! You will be part of the team that is making sense of all this customer data and getting it into the system.
We use a plethora of tools to develop our solution and to keep the user interface current. You will get exposure to and develop in multiple tools including but not limited to:
In addition, you will learn how to use supporting tools such as subversion, Bootstrap, Selenium, Visual Studio, Target Process, and more.

You’ll get to work side-by-side with some of the brightest developers on the east coast. In fact, we only hire one out of every 10 developers we interview. And we have fun too. No ties here. Jeans and t-shirts are the dress code here and we have game nights with beer pong, lunch-n-learns and we’ve even been known to knock off early and head to the FunPlex for go cart racing and laser tag.
*Agilence follows the Agile development process for all of our software development. The Agile process is used by companies such as Google, Twitter, and Salesforce.com. There are no waterfalls here, just sprints!
